PRESIDENT
Dr. Walter James Seabrooks (Dig’em) was born in Pooler, Georgia. He is the youngest child of the late Daniel and Bessie Seabrooks, Sr. He was educated in the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System. He loved learning at an early age. As a result, he excelled in his academics as well as athletics. This led him to earn a football scholarship to South Carolina State College (now University) (SCSU). Consequently, Dr. Seabrooks earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from South Carolina State University. He, then, received his Master of Public Administration Degree from Savannah State University. Eventually, he matriculated back his beloved Alma Mater, SCSU, to earn Educational Specialist Degree (Ed.S.) and ultimately secured his Doctor of Education Degree (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership. He has dedicated over 30 years in the field of educating and inspiring students at all levels. Dr. Seabrooks is currently the principal of Burke County High School in Waynesboro, Georgia.
